H2 Collective
Washington, D.C. natives Eric and Ian Hilton are the visionary sibling duo behind H2 Collective, a hospitality powerhouse responsible for more than a dozen acclaimed restaurants, bars, and lounges across the D.C. metro area.
Blending homegrown intuition with a keen eye for emerging neighborhoods, the Hilton Brothers have built a portfolio of venues that are both beloved by locals and celebrated by critics. Known for their distinct strengths—Eric as the creative force and Ian as the strategic mind—The Washington Post once praised their “mini empire of restaurants … with a laid-back vibe” that has helped reshape the city's dining and nightlife scene.
H2 Collective’s dynamic portfolio includes two French-inspired bistros (Chez Billy Sud and Café Colline), high-energy nightlife destinations (El Rey, Players Club, and American Ice Company), and leadership roles in shaping Crimson Whiskey Bar and the newly opened Muni, a golf-inspired bar at the heart of the bustling 14th Street corridor.
Looking ahead to 2025, H2 Collective is gearing up for significant expansion, including the highly anticipated opening of El Rey on the waterfront near Nats Park and the debut of Bar Colline, a Parisian-inspired bar and bistro set to anchor National Landing—Amazon’s multi-million dollar development in Northern Virginia.
